Our buddy Mark Koenig needs our help ASAP
Donation protected
Hi,
Our dear friend Mark Koenig woke up about 6 weeks ago one morning with severe pain, unbelievable weakness, terrible balance and coordination, numbness, brain fog… A trip to the ER and 5 days in the hospital followed, and an MRI showed that he had a severe case of a condition called “Cervical Stenosis, with Myelopathy.” Basically up in his neck between C2 and C7 the protective space on the sides of his spinal cord has been reduced to nearly nothing, and it’s been wreaking neurologic havoc on important nerves.
For 6 weeks he has been having extreme difficulty standing, walking, maintaining balance and coordination, he has been weaker than you can imagine, He can’t grip anything and he drop things all day. His fingers and toes are completely numb. His motor skills have diminished to probably about 20%.
Friday Oct 8 at 10:45 he had a major surgery on his neck. He is recovering but it's a slow road and he's been in a lot of pain. He hasn't been able to work in over two months, his savings has been tapped. He has medical bills piling up and more coming. Please donate what you can to help Mark. He's been a great friend to all of us, let's show some support.
