For many of you, Jeff Beasley became a fast friend via childhood in Chicago, at Whitney Young High School, or as a young adult on the campus of Florida A&M University. Regardless of the association he has affected many lives through his loyalty in friendship, generosity and example as a businessman, father and husband. As many of you may know Jeff is presently incarcerated and will be separated from his family for the next seven to eight years at minimum. This has placed a tremendous financial strain on his wife and children who have had to make drastic quality of life changes to maintain without their primary source of income.
This season was anticipated and provisions were made to sustain the family during the transition, but those provisions have been exhausted. His wife and two of his sons are all working to maintain the household and care for Jeff’s two youngest children but have come upon challenging financial times.
We have organized this campaign in the hopes of raising funds within the next 30 days to provide a stipend that would allow the family to pay three months rent and utilities as well as a small allotment to catch up on other bills. This finite commitment will provide relief for Jeff’s wife and children giving them the opportunity to catch up.
The holidays are quickly approaching and for Jeff and his family this is not about pride. They welcome the help. Those that love and care for the Beasley Family have taken the lead in reaching out on their behalf. No amount of money is too small and the hope is that you will give as much as you are able. If you have any further questions regarding this campaign please feel free to contact one of the individuals listed in the link. Thank you for your prayers and for your support.
