Our family is going through an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time. My husband, Max, is currently detained by ICE and is facing possible deportation.

Max has been in this country for 26 years and has built his entire life here. We have been married since 2011, and in that time he has been a loving husband, a devoted father, and truly the heart of our family. He has no criminal record and is not a danger to anyone—he is a kind, hardworking man with a genuine and caring soul.

He is the father of our two boys, ages 12 and 2. Recently, our youngest celebrated his second birthday without his dad by his side, and it broke our hearts. He still looks for his father every day—waiting for him to walk through the door, to hug him, play with him, and tuck him in at night like he always did. Our oldest is also struggling deeply, missing the guidance, love, and presence of his dad every single day.

Max is our main provider, and his absence has turned our lives upside down. I am doing everything I can to keep up with our mortgage, bills, childcare, and daily living expenses on my own, but the emotional and financial strain has been overwhelming.

We are trying to raise $15,000 to help cover remaining legal fees, bond preparation, and essential living expenses for our children while we fight to bring Max home. We truly need support to continue this fight and reunite our family.
