Hey Folks:
I am creating this Go Fund Me to help a family that could certainly use the help. Their new puppy, Homer, has some serious health issues. He is in constant pain that the regular vets cannot identify the cause (they say he has issues with his L5, L6, and S1 vertebrae, but preliminary tests came back inconclusive). He had an MRI yesterday and that cost the family $4,000.00. So far, the out-of-pocket cost has exceeded $10K. He needs to see a neuro veterinarian so that they can identify the root cause of his pain and lethargy is. Here's where I need the community to step up!
Homer, who is a Bernese Mountain Dog, was gifted to Dylan Provenzano as a comfort dog. They bonded instantly and have been inseparable since they met. The goal was that Dylan and Homer would train together to be a therapy dog for Dylan...to help him deal with health-related issues after beating his Ewing Sarcoma cancer. Dylan and Homer need our help!
