Hi, my name is Lou, I have rescued animals my entire life. I haven't worked since my cancer surgery a few years ago and am in process of trying to get on social security. I now have 2 rescued shepherds. kept them both in the garage on New Year's eve with me until 2 AM, when I thought the fireworks were completed. 10 minutes later a mirage of mortar-type fireworks went off, 1 Shepard {Sport} got tangled in a wire fence and ripped two ligaments in his right rear leg trying to flee. He is a young dog with nothing else wrong with him and it would bring us great anguish to have to put him down. We would greatly appreciate some help for this beautiful soul. The estimate is $6500, and I have depleted my savings and stocks trying to stay afloat for the past few years until my social security would kick in. I am so close....
