Hi, my name is Sheila Cannon. I am writing on behalf of my sisters, our father, our aunts uncles nieces and nephews. This is difficult to write. On Friday, August 11th my beloved brother Tim Barlow, passed away after spending 20 days in the ICU. My brother was a survivor. He made it thru so many tough situations. He fought so hard at times just to survive. We are deeply saddened and heartbroken by his passing. Tim fought addiction and homelessness. He found happiness even in the toughest situations.

Our hearts are broken. We would like to be able to give him a proper memorial and celebrate the great qualities about him. He had a big heart, was funny, and even in his own struggle still helped others when he could.

He is together with our mom now, free of the addiction and healthy again. Thank you all. Any amount helps. We appreciate you all so much.

The funds will be used to have him cremated and provide a memorial to say our final goodbyes.
