On Saturday, September 26, 2020, we unexpectedly lost our beloved Patrick Krejdovsky in a tragic drowning accident at his home. Patrick was only 39 years old and his sudden passing has devastated his family and friends beyond belief.

For those of you who were fortunate enough to know Patrick, you already know that he was a kind, gentle and selfless soul with a heart of gold - a true angel on Earth who has touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his husband, Kirk Thomas, who was his world, as well as his mother, siblings, nieces and nephews.

Patrick was a Physician’s Assistant, who dedicated his life to healing others both physically and emotionally. He was always the first person to lend a helping hand, whether it was springing into action during a medical emergency or offering advice when someone was ill or injured. In fact, just hours before his passing, he had saved a man having a diabetic seizure in his home.

Patrick was taken from us way too soon. His husband and family are truly broken by his passing and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Patrick the memorial he deserves to honor his memory and to say our last goodbyes as we celebrate his life.

We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Patrick’s funeral and the various expenses associated with it. While a service has not yet been scheduled, any donations will help us determine the scale of a memorial we can afford.
