Don protégé
Last night our beloved family dog molly that many of us all know and love was viscous attacked by a large bully pitbull type dog whilst on her evening walk.
Like every single night our dad David Carter takes molly on her evening walk, on her lead and they walk the same paths each night, when they both became victims to an unprovoked viscous attack by the bully pitbull dog. Our dad has been brutally attacked aswell and currently receiving treatment in hospital with serious injuries from trying to save our dog molly’s life.
Anyone that knows our molly will know that she is the most gentle and friendliest dog you will ever meet and would never hurt anyone.
This attack has led to molly needing to be rushed to a specialist vet in Winchester as her injuries are so severe that our local vet aren’t able to help with the extent of care, surgery and treatment that she needs. Unfortunately her insurance health cover can’t help where she needs specialist treatment to help save her.
As a family we have already paid £3000 as unfortunately the vets won’t help or assess molly until first payment made and of course we will do whatever we can to help molly in a heartbeat.
We need to make a further payment of £5000 within 48 hours and then we have been quoted another £5000 needed for reconstructive surgery that is essential for her face as she has been ripped apart and bones completely shattered from her mouth to her eyes during this attack. This is just the start of the care and treatment that molly needs to help save her.
We have been advised by the vets to set up a go fund me page that we can send the payment directly to the vet to help pay towards her treatment, medication and surgeries.
We understand that times are tough for everyone and that it can be a difficult time to donate but we would greatly appreciate any donation possible to help save molly and bring her back home to us all.
Even through all this pain molly is still trying to wag her tail to let us know that she is ok and that she knows that we are with her.
Our molly means the world to us all and not only is she our family dog but also a medical therapy assistant dog who takes care of us all on a daily basis. Well now it is time for us to take care of her and we won’t give up on our molly dog xxxx
