Our Beloved Akimbo Needs Your Help

Our cat, Akimbo, accidentally fell from our 9th floor balcony unit and is now confined in intensive care. He suffers from internal bleeding and fractured spine & legs. Once he survives the critical stage, he will need to undergo surgery and rehab for his fractures.

Our hearts are broken as he is such a gentle, timid good boy and does not deserve the pain he is in. He is quite a curious cat, which is normal for a young 10 month old cat, and he may not have anticipated the screen giving way in the balcony. He is so young and we want him to have a long life and shower him with the love he deserves.

We are embarrased to ask for help but I’m currently 9 months pregnant and are worried that we may not have enough for Akimbo’s vet bills and the baby’s delivery bills all at the same time. We were looking forward for Akimbo to meet his “baby brother” soon so we humbly ask for your help. We want our little family to be complete when the little one arrives.

Please help our beloved Akimbo get better. We love him so much and would want him to be with us for a long time. Any amount of help will be greatly appreciated.
