Our beautiful mother Nancy and our amazing father Todd❤️

We know most of you don’t know what’s going on with our mom yet, but we wanted to post for those of you asking how you can help.

Our mother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer around this time last year. Many, many different treatments later, her cancer has now traveled to her bones and her brain, unfortunately. Over this past weekend, she suffered from two strokes, leaving her in the hospital with a long road ahead of her for recovery.

My dad, sister, and I have been spending every day at the hospital with her from the time we can go in for visitation until they make us leave in the evening. That being said, things add up: gas, food, parking. As well as my husband missing work so I can be here with our mom and my sister missing work to be here. Although we aren’t really the family to ask for help, we have decided to start a GoFundMe for those of you who would like to donate to help take some of that burden off of our family while we care for our mother. We also do not want them stressing or worrying about the medical bills to come; we just want her to get better and for them to focus on the road to recovery.

NEVER feel like you have to donate money, but if nothing else, PLEASE keep our momma and our family in your thoughts and prayers. We need them most. We never expected to be in this situation, but we know GOD IS GOOD and can work miracles. That’s what we need right now, a miracle. Our mom has a lot of grandchildren we would love to see her make it home to.
