Hi,

my name is Ellie and I’m raising money to help my gorgeous Soul Sister Kadie Jade Senior get a beautiful wig after she undergoes intensive Chemotherapy.

To give you all background, Kadie is 33 years young and such a beautiful soul. A few weeks ago, Kadie’s health took a turn and after many nights in hospital, it was found she had a 14cm tumour in her chest. After more testing, Kadie and her family and friends got the awful news that she had Lymphoma, an aggressive blood cancer. To put this into perspective, medical professionals believe that the cancer is only 5 weeks old, but is growing at an obscene pace.

Throughout this, Kadie and her family have been incredibly strong and we are all determined that she will absolutely kick it’s A$$!

Because she is so young and full of life and fit and healthy, her treatment plan is extremely invasive. She will undergo extremely strong Chemo and will lose all her hair in a maximum of 4 weeks.

Kadie has the most beautiful long, dark hair and she is extremely upset by this, but understands that this is the right way to kick cancer!

Unfortunately, because of the Chemo and intensive treatment, this has meant that Kadie and her amazing fiancé Lydia have had to postpone their wedding that was set for July next year. The both of them are such selfless individuals, and with Kadie being no longer able to work, we want to help them out just take some pressure off them both while they battle this together.

We are hoping to raise £2,500 for Kadie to get a high-quality wig to give her some normality back to her life while she undergoes this treatment.

Kadie is donating her beautiful long hair to The Princess’s Trust tomorrow to give back to those undergoing chemotherapy.

To help raise money, one of our friends David is selflessly shaving his head to bring some awareness to Lymphoma and to Kadie’s cause. This will be filmed and posted- hopefully when we reach target!! Some of Kadie’s friends will also be doing a run around Kadie’s village to help raise money!
