My name is Poppy and I will be running the London Marathon 2025 in memory of my beautiful Grandad who devastatingly took his own life on the 27th April. I was determined to run the London Marathon 2025 through a mental health charity to hopefully be able to help others in need of help, and I have been incredibly lucky enough to get this opportunity through the charity ‘mind.’ The London Marathon 2025 will be on the 1 year anniversary of my Grandad’s death and I know how proud he would be of my sister and I for running this race.
