Great news!

Save the Heart of Reid Park has dispersed its remaining funds and donated them to Tucson Clean and Beautiful to help support the care of the trees on Barnum Hill. Even more fantastic news is an anonymous donor has done the same to the tune of $10,000! All this brings us very close to $12,000, which is terrific.

We can care for more trees on Barnum Hill with your help. We need your help quickly to know how much we have to work with. If pruned before March, the Aleppo Pines are less likely to be opened up to infestation by Borer beetles. We have to work fast or wait until next year.

If we can pull in another 3 thousand or more, we will have at least $15,000 to work with, which will help a lot of trees.

Funds are going directly to Tucson Clean and Beautiful. This gofundme is being created, so TCB doesn't have to earmark funds, which takes a lot of personpower. And this way, everyone can see how close we are to our goal of more healthy, beautiful trees on Barnum Hill.

Please consider donating! We all worked so hard to save these trees. Let's also help take care of them.

Thank you! I'm sure the trees thank you too. Listen to their whispers when you visit the park.
