Our hearts are shattered as we share the news of the loss of our precious baby boy, Clyde-James.

Clyde-James was born sleeping at 22 weeks. His arrival followed a long and incredibly difficult battle to bring him into the world safely. I spent 12 days in the hospital as doctors fought to stop premature labor, but unfortunately, despite everyone's best efforts, our sweet boy couldn't stay with us.

The birth was deeply traumatic. Due to severe complications and blood loss, I nearly lost my life and am still currently recovering from the physical and emotional toll.

Because this happened so unexpectedly and right after the Christmas season, we find ourselves in a position no parent should ever be in: we are unable to afford the costs of a funeral to say our final goodbyes to our son.

My husband is self-employed and has been unable to work for the last few weeks. He has been my rock, staying by my side in the hospital and caring for our other children at home while I fought for my baby and my life. Without his income and with the suddenness of this tragedy, we have no funds left to give Clyde-James the send-off he deserves.

We are asking for your help to raise money for Clyde-James’s funeral and burial costs. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward laying our baby boy to rest and helping our family stay on our feet during this period of recovery and grief.
