Hi, my name is Dana and I am asking for help to honor my Aunt's final wish.

She was sent home today on hospice. She was just diagnosed with cancer (this month) but unfortunately we are too late for treatment. Nothing can prepare you for the timeline she was given. The doctors think she has a few weeks at best. We are extremely thankful that she is home and will live out her last days with Sam, Emily and her fur babies.

Her biggest worry is the financial strain this will cause my cousin Sam. We would like to help eliminate that burden. This was not the prognosis we were expecting or planning for and our family is heartbroken.
