Dear Family and Friends,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the loss of our beloved Phillip Anthony Martinez. His life was abruptly taken on August 22nd at the young age of 36 years old. This unexpected loss has left a deep void within his family that can never be filled. His generous heart and tremendous strength were pillars that held the family together and he will forever be missed.

Though there is no way to eliminate the heartbreak his loved ones feel, we ask that friends and family come together to assist with the financial burden we were in no way prepared for.

We would like everyone to know that Phillip's death has not gone in vain. He was a strong and healthy man, who was generous beyond measure. Along his journey to eternal rest, he will save the lives of up to 8 strangers who need a second chance at life through his gift of organ donations. Phillip is forever a HERO.

Please keep his family, especially his wife, children, mother, sister and brother in your prayers. We thank you for all the love and support during this difficult time. EVERY bit helps.
