Our Luna was not only born with a single ventricle heart defect but also esophageal atresia. On top of that she was born premature at 34 weeks. Luna fought through and survived a couple of surgeries. Unfortunately, there came a point where her body was no longer recovering nor responding the way we all hoped she would.

Because the machines and medication were no longer helping her and were only delaying the inevitable, we had to make the very tough decision of letting her go. Shortly after , just as expected our baby passed away on Dec 4th.

We appreciate all the help from our friends and family as we cope with the loss of our newly born.
