Dear Ted,

 

Our brother, friend, mentor in life and most importantly husband and father you are dearly missed. You have not only shown us what the true meaning of being part of a brotherhood is, you have inspired every single one of us every day to do better. You always took new apprentices under your wing and taught them what it is to be an Ironworker. You showed many of us how to become better men and fathers. The amount of love that came out when you talked about your family is unmeasurable. You are not replaceable, but know, we will watch over your family and be there for them for whatever they may need.

 

As we sit here and remember all of the times we ever got to work together, joke, look up things we always wanted to build, hang out, teach new brothers and sisters and talk about our families, your direction, your goodness, your love was always from the purest place in your heart. We all want you to know that we will always appreciate every single one of those moments. We love you Ted! Now go hang that big iron in the sky!
