Donation protected
Our father is a wonderful, caring man who is lost, but finding his way. For years he has been fighting through depression and alcoholism. The past weeks events has finally opened his mind and his heart to seeking real treatment. He will have to let his family and financials go for the next 6 months while he is making himself whole again in a recovery home. This is painful for everyone who cares for him, but more painful for him. Our father is prideful but he now understands he must let go and let God. This is now life or death for him. It pains us to have to ask for others help but we realize it takes a village. We are need of financial assistance to help cover the minimum payments on his monthly obligations while he is away. We are also asking for prayers. We appreciate everyone for taking the time to read, donate and pray. We have faith he will return to the father, husband, friend and Pawpaw we all know and love.
Our dad started his first day of 180 days of recovery on February 26th. His home for the next 6 months is The Bridges of Hope Morven Home in Morven GA.
Words of encouragement are appreciated and can be sent directly to him at 10031 Coffee Rd., Morven GA 61638. We covering the $800 per month for housing, treatment and recovery.
The ask for the $5000 will assist in keeping his monthly obligations current. Anything above this will assist in medical bills associated with the emergency medical treatment prior to his commitment to depression and alcohol treatment.
