Otter needs life saving surgery

Calling all dog lovers

This very good boy, Mr. Otter, is having an emergency surgery. He has bladder stones that have caused him to not be able to urinate. His lovely owners, Lauren and Alex, are friends and a part of my beloved community in Fremont Seattle. Otter was rescued not long ago, after living most of his life on a boat or in a car. When his owner died, Lauren and Alex adopted him. The family has been able to get this done, but it is a huge financial stress during these crazy times. If you have some extra to give, please help! No gift is too small.
