We are raising money to support  the Otsuka family who recently lost the beloved husband and father, Tetsuo Ostuka.  Otsuka -san(42) was the son-in-law of Tokyo Horizon Chapel's Senior Pastor Koichi Hirano. He is survived by his wife and 3 young daughters all under the age of 12. We hope and pray that through this fundraiser, we are able to assist Pastor Hirano's family during this difficult time.  100% of fund proceeds will go directly to assist the family in raising the 3 precious girls that are now left without their father.
