Otis Elmore's Medical Expenses

Hello,

Many of you know Otis as a hardworking, determined, and strong man.

Recently Otis has been experiencing significant health issues that has been affecting his day-to-day life.

Otis has had bloodwork, a CT scan, and an ultrasound. But, he will need more extensive medical treatment and testing in the upcoming weeks. Otis does not have health insurance and so far has not been approved for any financial assistance.

With the minimal scans and bloodwork, he has gotten so far that his mother (Donna) and father (Otmer) have been able to afford out-of-pocket, it has been found there is a large mass on his left kidney, and an additional mass on his right kidney, they have also found multiple spots that are suspicious of cancer in his neck. Otis's mother and father have been paying out of pocket for his medical treatments and have utilized all they can financially.

We have been notified by his doctors that with many upcoming scans, biopsies, and tests there will be a significant amount of money out of pocket. Doctors have not been able to order any additional testing until he gets the financial help he needs. As of this point, he has been denied any financial assistance. Currently, doctors are saying time is of the essence.

Otis's workload has decreased significantly due to his physical condition.

Otis is a great father to both Ariel & Caleb. He is also a new grandfather to Scarlett. He is a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend to many. Due to the circumstances with upcoming testing, treatment, and time off of work, the family will be facing an outstanding amount of financial burden. In addition, Otis is a full-time father to Caleb, as Caleb's mother (Jessica Elmore) passed away from cancer in 2018.
