Hi, my name is Francesco Mangano, and I’m the owner/Chef of Osteria Papavero… we have started this great project of finally publishing a collection of recipes from my restaurant of ( now ) 16 years. But it will take a lot of people & money to be able to make it happen - editors, photographers, a publishing company with a team of dedicated people - so we’re asking for some $ help. If we reach our $ goal, The 35 top donors will be rewarded with a special 5-course meal to be held at Papavero in 2023! Recipients will be contacted thru phone or e-mail. We’re hoping to see the publishing of the book by the upcoming Christmas season
