Fondazione Valter Longo per gli Ospedali Italiani

Fondazione Valter Longo Onlus in Italia e Create Cures Foundation negli Stati Uniti, per far fronte alla straordinaria emergenza dovuta all’evolversi della situazione epidemiologica di #COVID-19 in Italia, hanno deciso di offrire il proprio aiuto al Sistema Sanitario Nazionale italiano orientando le proprie donazioni a sostegno delle attività degli Ospedali Italiani più bisognosi e con minori risorse, attualmente in grave difficoltà a causa dell’emergenza sanitaria.

Fondazione Valter Longo Onlus continua, inoltre, a garantire Assistenza Sanitaria Nutrizionale integrativa delle cure mediche in corso per dare l’opportunità a tutti di avere un supporto concreto e continuo, svolgendo le attività in campo nutrizionale on-line e prediligendo l’utilizzo di collegamenti video, come consentito dal Decreto del Presidente dell’Ordine Nazionale dei Biologi n. 49 del 08/03/2020

Dichiarazione di Antonluca Matarazzo Direttore Generale,  Fondazione Valter Longo Onlus e Create Cures Foundation: “Ci sono pervenute considerevoli richieste di aiuto per alcuni ospedali di provincia che sono in sofferenza a causa dell’emergenza in corso COVID-19 e temono di non poter rispondere adeguatamente alle richieste. Riteniamo che una risposta concreta, responsabile e doverosa da parte della nostra organizzazione possa essere quella di dare nell’immediato il nostro contributo a tutti gli ospedali che ne faranno richiesta, grazie alle donazioni spontanee di amici e sostenitori della Fondazione Valter Longo in Italia e di Create Cures Foundation negli Stati Uniti, sostenendo il nostro Paese nella lotta a questa nuova emergenza epidemiologica”.

In order to to deal with the serious emergency caused by COVID-19 in Italy, the Fondazione Valter Longo Onlus in Italy along with the Create Cures Foundation in the United States have decided to offer their help by redirecting any donations received to support the activities of the most needy and under-resourced Italian hospitals that are experiencing serious difficulties due to the current health emergency.

Furthermore, the Fondazione Valter Longo Onlus continues to provide science-based nutritional assistance for everybody to help prevent the spreadnof the virus. Antonluca Matarazzo, Executive Director at Fondazione Valter Longo Onlus and Create Cures Foundation, says : "Many regional hospitals that are suffering from the current COVID-19 emergency fear they will not be able to adequately treat all infected patients. 

Thanks to the spontaneous donations of friends and supporters of the Fondazione Valter Longo Onlus in Italy and Create Cures Foundation in the United States, who assist our country in the fight against this new epidemiological emergency, we will either send the funds raised or the medical equipment and supplies needed to the hospitals that request them. "
