Oso my friendly 7 month puppy has gotten attacked by large dogs on his daily morning walk.

Every morning around 6-7am my elderly grandpa takes Oso on long walks. 3 large dogs began to head towards my grandpa and he didn’t think anything of it until the dogs began to charge at Oso. The dogs were not on leash’s and attacked oso from the lower part of his body. Osos insides are visible. There was a lady that my grandpa believed were with the dogs but she did nothing and left. My grandpa did not know what to do so he brought Oso home. We tried to see home cures but there’s nothing that can help his wounds. My pup Oso is bleeding out, and is shaking tremendously. He hasn’t ate at all nor drank water. Please please help. a dollar can come a long way :(

Update: We have gotten evidence and investigated that the dogs that attacked our pup have also attacked 2 other families :(. The dogs seem to be strays and we are not sure if they have homes at this point. Animal control has been called not by me but by the other families and the police department is notified of this case. :/ Thankyou so much for all your donations. I’m so glad we reached our goal. ❤️
