My name is Osirus Pi,

With the help of some friends, I'm hoping to raise some money to help me cover basic needs and expenses not covered by FEMA after having everything I own and love destroyed by the St.Louis Tornado on May 16, 2025.

This is my story:

I woke up May 16 talking to the Lord and cooked up breakfast. I started watching women of the rooster place to take a rest. I woke up at 2:45 and I thought I had accidentally slept the day away. I realized it wasn't night time so I ran out and got Sadie from outside and brought her in. In just a couple minutes it starting like bing bing and then real quick it was boom bow bow and then I heard things crashing against the house. I grabbed all the pets and went right on down to the basement. Where we were was just below where the walls crumbled. It didn't sound like a train but it sounded like destruction. It got quiet. And I thought it was over but then the wall above me fell and I felt the wind sucking at me through the holes in the floor where the wall fell. I had my dog Sadie and was holding onto my friends cat Shadow and a little black kitten. When it was over, I couldn't find my keys anywhere until I ask God to help me calm down and I found them. I went to open the gate and it flew towards me since that gate wasn't even attached anymore. Water started pouring in and the electric was still on making horrible noises right next to us. I couldn't get out the basement door. I threw a blanket on top of the broken shards of wood and started climbing out my way out real slow with just my mumu on since it was naptime when that storm hit. I was blowin in the wind while I was trying to find my keys in all this mess. It is what it is. I was just worried about all the live wires. My daughter came running up worried I wasn't alive no more. It was just good to see my family safe. I walked away okay with my pets safe.

I lost everything. I did hair out of my home. I lost my salon chair and hair dryer and place where I did hair. My car I had been restoring was totally crushed. I don't know where to even begin coming back from this.

But I will.
