Hello! After long waiting lists and lots of uncertainty Oscar finally has his top surgery date secured with the NHS in early September!!!

However, despite opting to have it in Hull he's instead been offered a spot on London.

This means he needs to stay in London for 8 nights in order to attend the aftercare appointments.

Accommodation alone will be about £1200, plus trains and taxis, means it's a bit chunky to pay in quite a limited time!

So, the dream team of Sophie, Sarah, Gina and I will be running some fundraising events over summer to try and raise what we can to help him get there and ensure he's comfortable in the first week of recovery.

There'll be a fun run, triathlon, quiz and more!
