In Memoriam Oscar Calderon Fundraiser
Spende geschützt

Oscar loved his family and his friends -- and shared with Sharon a love of all animals, especially their rescue dog Buddy and their neighbor's boxer Jex who Oscar walked (or did Jex walk him) at Lighthouse Park. Oscar was a good soul, always willing to help out anyone in need. There was no job, task or favor that he wouldn’t jump on! Oscar was so outgoing, (sometimes goofy) , with a 1000 watt smile that warmed your heart. His engaging and helpful persona was what made him stand out - he was always energetic and fun to be around. And he made an impact - you couldn't help but love him. And be impressed by how hard and how much he worked - at all types of jobs - and getting the job done right. Oscar was an easy going guy, simple in his needs and modest in his wants and generous with what he had the most of - kindness, empathy, and good humor. He had an electric presence and he will be missed so much. His passing, on the same day his and Sharon's twin daughters Isabelle and Vivienne went to heaven 4 years ago, leaves a hole in the heart of his family that we hope will be filled by cherished memories and time.
All monies from this fundraiser go to Sharon to help with the costs of Oscar's funeral arrangements including cremation, headstone, and transport of remains to his mother Antonia in Mexico. Sharon is planning a memorial gravesite service for Oscar and his daughters at All Saints Cemetery.
If there are any additional funds raised, they will go to help Sharon with the financial obligations for the home she shared with Oscar for 20 years. Oscar's loss makes these obligations far more onerous .
Thank you for any contribution you can make but most especially for your thoughts and prayers for Oscar and Sharon, his mom and all his and Sharon's family and friends bereft of the company of this kind and gentle man.
