Oscar’s journey to recovery

Hi, my name is Estefania. Yesterday started off as a regular day. As my mom and dad were out grabbing lunch, my dad lost function to his right side for a few minutes. Right then and there my mom knew it was urgent to go to the hospital. Last night we took him to the emergency room. He was then checked out and urgently transferred over to Jackson Memorial in order to get an MRI. They found a mass on the left side of the brain that is obstructing his motor skills. They are going to remove the mass and do a biopsy. He is undergoing surgery tomorrow morning. This all happen so quick. We had just come back from a family trip the week prior. It’s gonna be a long and hard road to recovery.

Expenses as of today are incalculable. He is the main source of income for my family.

It was all the sudden & we are all in shock. He seemed healthy all along and everything changed in the blink of an eye.
