Im buying a warehouse for my art practice

Hi everyone, my name is Oscar. I’m originally from Guatemala and have been living in New York for the past 10 years. It’s been an incredible experience, but I’m ready to move on and focus on my art practice, and be closer to my family. Especially with the recent changes in the U.S., I decided to buy a home in the historical district of El Salvador a few months ago. (It’s a warehouse ) 

I'm now just $10,000 short of making the final payment on my mortgage. If I can’t pay the remaining balance soon, I risk losing my home.
