Oscar “Edgar” Velarde Funeral expenses

This fund is set up for my dad, Oscar Velarde aka “Edgar” to help with funeral expenses. He was taken from us suddenly last Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022 due to heart attack. For those who knew my dad, he is kind, caring, humble and generous. He always had this contagious smile.
