Hi everyone,
After a very hard and long year battle with colon cancer, Oscar is finally able to rest. He passed away April 12th 2023.
Oscar was always such a big energy and the most social and outgoing person. Now that he is gone in his home there is a huge void and silence that could never be filled with him now gone. We no longer get to hear his passionate singing, contagious laugh, or his mildly funny jokes. Oscar was an outdoorsman, he loved to fish, garden, and grill. He was the definition of a family man. His happy place was always at home with his family. We’ll miss his big bear hugs and over bearing love that we will never get back.
For the last couple years of his life as he was fighting his battle with Colon cancer, he was unable to continue working as a welder with his brothers at the Boilermakers Union, where he was proudly following his father Arturo’s footsteps.
Now his wife Fabiola and children Oscar, Avril and Alynna are left with not only the emptiness of their loss but the additional expenses for Oscars final resting expenses. If there’s any way you are able to ease this stress for our family, we’d greatly appreciate it. Even if it’s just a link share anything helps.
