Hi for those of you who may not know me my name is Emily Dacosta.

i am raising money for my best friend oscar. Oscar is a medium hair black tabby has been with me since 2016 &

he has never had any serious health issues but started acting weird today so we decided to bring him to the vet.

Turns out Oscar has a blockage in his bladder called a Urethral Obstruction and the only two options are to have him there for 2 days followed by sedation, placing a urinary catheter to relieve the blockage, IV fluids for dehydration/toxins, pain relief, and potentially antibiotics, followed by hospitalization for monitoring and a therapeutic diet or euthanasia . He is still very young and im not ready to give up on him. This cat has been with me through breakups, overcoming addiction & leaving an abusive relationship he has been my rock and my comfort and if you know me you know how much i love my animals. He means the absolute world to me and sadly because of my car accident i no longer work & patrick and i can barely afford to give him the care that he needs.
