Oscar Ewok’s Surgery

My precious little Ewok needs surgery to remove the troublesome lump on his foot. Our lovely vet is all ready to do the procedure…but his human doesn’t have the money.

I’ve been out of stable work since November 2023, currently working three casual jobs and living week to week. I’m mortified to not be able to pay for Oscar’s medical bills and very embarrassed to have to ask for help, but don’t think it’s right for him to suffer because of my situation.

The vet will kindly let me pay off the full cost of the surgery over 3 months, but I have to put some money down at the outset.

There are simultaneously much more important causes in the world (e.g. Gaza) and nothing more important than my perfect little Ewok, who didn’t ask to be stuck with a dud human.

If he’s brought you any joy over the years and you’re in a position to donate money to his care (we’re expecting this surgery to be the end of his needs), you’ll be doing a wonderful thing for a wonderful little creature.
