Oscar Ray Epps Jr, was one of my dearest friends that treated me like family! Anyone that he met could say the same I’m sure! He was the “gentle giant”! Loving father, he was a soul that could bring joy to the darkest days! In honor of him I’ve made this upon multiple decisions from fellow people that Oscar was close with & with no disrespect towards the family but it’s something that us friends of Oscar have decided to take on ourselves to help! By no means do you have to donate, prayers are the best donation you could give!
