Fire Has Collapsed Our Home, But Not Our Spirits!

Hi, my name is Osasenaga Osarenmwinda, but my friends just call me Osa. I'm a high school student at Millennium Brooklyn High School, and I come from a Christian, Nigerian family of five. Recently, our faith has been tried as we experienced a terrible fire that burned its way through our home, ultimately destroying not only our physical belongings but a place of memories, love, and most of all, family. Currently, we are living out of a hotel that, despite, the efforts of the staff, ultimately fails to achieve a home-y feel.
This is the part where I need you to step in; my family and I need your help to afford the repairs needed to regain that authentic, familial culture.
In order for us to return to normalcy, we need to raise the money to-
1) Secure a more permanent living situation. Renting an apartment in NYC can be difficult and expensive. We need to have enough for the rent and the deposit on the apartment.
2) Furnish our new apartment. Along with the physical space, we lost all of our furniture and belongings that were in the home. This includes clothing, bedding, towels, everything.
3) Restocking necessities. We will need to start totally over. That means refilling the pantry, the kitchen, and the living spaces with daily items that we can no longer take for granted, such as dishes and silverware.
We've been trying on our own to make the best of the situation at hand and keep our hopes up. The fire may have collapsed our home, but it has not collapsed our spirits. Please find it in your heart to give and support. Any and everything is deeply appreciated.
