Since her earliest memory, Jade has dreamed of becoming a doctor and, throughout all of her school years, she has never deviated from that goal.
Jade lives with her proud, single mother who suffers from the dibilitating desease - MS. Her mother's disease, coupled with assisting with the care of her aging great grandma, have further fueled her aspirations.
Each year, John Hopkin's Medical Center invites a select group of students who have achieved academic excellence and have demonstrated a continuing dedication to the medical field, to attend a summer educational conferrence in Boston, Mass. Jade was selected as one of those elite.
How Can You Help??
The cost for Jade to attend this conferrence, is approx $6000. To include: flight, shuttle, tuition, and incidentals. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated.
