Memorial to O.S. "Sam" Fees (March 4, 1922 – February 12, 2023) proceeds will be paid directly to and benefit Tempe Impact for Education (TIE) Foundation.

Sam Fees - nearly 101 years and well lived as a servant leader to his family, friends, neighbors and community. Steadfast in all his conduct, he lived a life of honor. He was a veteran of WWII, builder of nearly all of Tempe Elementary schools in Tempe and a dedicated educator. Educated in Tempe schools, he later became a teacher, a school principal and superintendent of the district. In his eighties, long after his retirement, he was elected to the school board.
