Hello 10th Fleet. I am Captain JG Julie Taylor, CO of the HMS Blackrose.

This fundraiser is to raise funds for food in the Ward room/Green room for Orycon 2024. This year, I was able to arrange for us to share a hotel room with the Green room with the caveat that we provide food for the panelists. This makes it so we don't have the cost of a room, just the food, which saves both groups money.
