This morning, the Ortiz family lost all of their belongings in a fire. Carlos, Alexandra, and their children had left this morning for their vacation only to be called back to the devastation in their apartment. Thankfully, they are all safe, but Carlos and Alexandra, along with their four children, will need to start over.
