Similarly to how we did for 2024, We are humbly seeking help (raising funds for the upcoming year of 2025) for our missionary parish St. Seraphim of Sarov, in Bavaro-Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Soon, we'll have to make the payment for the premises, where we are having our services since we self fund rent, electricity, and other costs of our humble space. Stopping our missionary work, liturgies, mysteries and the myriad of other services would be a huge setback for our rapidly growing orthodox community. Additionally, this would be disappointing to the many (baptized and catechumen) locals who are being introduced and nurtured in the Orthodox Faith and tradition.

Due to your generous donations, which helped us cover our premises overhead for year 2024; we were able to hold our holy liturgies every Sunday and for special feasts and have made some excellent progress within the community.

Due to your donations we are truly starting to make inroads within the local community. Throughout 2024, the mission has been able to hold our weekly and Special Feast Liturgies; we continue to offer and present the holy mysteries (Sacraments) to our ever-growing faithful community and catechumens on the island.

Furthermore, the Orthodox community here has also humbly become involved on a day-to-day basis with the most vulnerable populations (orthodox and non-orthodox), helping them in their day to day struggles.

Going into 2025 our mission to introduce the Orthodox Ancient Faith to those who are truly hungry, thirsty and willing to learn about the original faith from 33 A.D. does not change. More than that, due to the progress The Lord is showing we hope to integrate more into the various communities of this nation (Russian, Haitian, Dominican, American, Serbian, and many others) in an effort to bring as many beings to the faith as possible. Furthermore, we hope to become a mainstay hub for those who visit and/or are looking to move to this beautiful country.

De manera similar a como lo hicimos en 2024, estamos humildemente buscando ayuda (recaudando fondos para el próximo año 2025) para nuestra parroquia misionera San Serafín de Sarov, en Bávaro-Punta Cana, República Dominicana.

Pronto tendremos que realizar el pago del local donde estamos teniendo nuestros servicios ya que autofinanciamos el alquiler, la luz y otros gastos de nuestro humilde espacio. Detener nuestra obra misional, liturgias, misterios y muchos otros servicios sería un gran revés para nuestra comunidad ortodoxa en rápido crecimiento. Además, esto sería decepcionante para los muchos locales (bautizados y catecúmenos) que están siendo introducidos y nutridos en la fe y la tradición ortodoxas.

Gracias a sus generosas donaciones, que nos ayudaron a cubrir los gastos generales de nuestras instalaciones para el año 2024; Pudimos celebrar nuestras santas liturgias todos los domingos y fiestas especiales y hemos logrado excelentes avances dentro de la comunidad.

Благодаря вашим щедрым пожертвованиям, которые помогли нам покрыть накладные расходы на наши помещения в 2024 году; мы смогли проводить святые литургии каждое воскресенье и по особым праздникам и добились значительных успехов в обществе.

Благодаря вашим пожертвованиям мы действительно начинаем проникать в местное сообщество. В течение 2024 года миссия имела возможность проводить еженедельные и особые праздничные литургии; мы продолжаем предлагать и преподносить святые Тайны (Таинства) нашей постоянно растущей верной общине и оглашенным на острове.

Более того, православная община здесь также смиренно стала ежедневно сотрудничать с наиболее уязвимыми группами населения (православными и неправославными), помогая им в их повседневной борьбе.
