Orpha's Recovery

After a collective two months spent receiving treatment in the hospital and skilled nursing facility following her diagnosis of AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia), Orpha is thankfully on the path to healing! Her latest test results are very encouraging.

However, Orpha will need a lot of support as she recovers from the cumulative effects of chemotherapy, a serious infection, and two months in bed. To aid in her recovery, Orpha will spend the next few months in an assisted living facility in Glendale.

We are very grateful that she has secured a place where she can heal, and we are so blessed to have already received such an outpouring of love and even financial support from Orpha’s friends and community.

We are now asking for help covering the high cost of Orpha’s next few months in the assisted living facility. Your contribution will help Orpha receive all of the medical monitoring and support with activities of daily living that will be so crucial in helping her to become stronger and to return home.
