P143 Orphan Hosting - Please help us bring E back

Many of you know that we partnered with Project 143 to bring an amazing 7 year old boy here this past summer. While we incurred the cost of the initial hosting, at the time we didn’t know we would fall so in love with this boy or the program that we would do it all over again in just a few short months. The financial burden of hosting is great, and we have had very little time to prepare for the money that is now due to bring him back to us for 4 weeks this Christmas.
If you would like to partner with us to help bring this boy back and experience his best Christmas ever, we would appreciate donations of any amount. On his return trip to Chicago, amidst our tears and sadness, we were already hoping to get him back for winter hosting and began asking him questions of what his Christmases are like. He shared that while they put up a tree, they don’t do any type of special meals, and he does not receive gifts for Christmas. I can assure you that while we want to shower him with love and give him the gift of family more than stuff this holiday season, we will definitely be giving this boy his first Christmas presents ever come Christmas morning!
If you feel led to give, have a heart for orphans, or fell in love with E along with us, just know that the dollars raised go towards bettering the life and future of not just one boy. We are impacting both him and his future generations, because blessing others tends to have a ripple effect. Things happen in hosting that we cannot possibly see the full benefits of this side of Heaven.
