Hi, my name is Orla. I’m 14 now, but as you can probably tell from my photo, I’ve always loved nature. I am passionate about conservation - both in our locality and further afield. I’m really excited to have the opportunity to travel to COSTA RiCA(!!) with Camps International and get involved with some amazing conservation projects there.

During my time in Costa Rica. I’ll be working in the community to support local building projects, as well as working with marine conservationists to protect the diverse wildlife. I’ll also learn to dive and see close up the amazing creatures we need to protect.

I’m so excited to have this opportunity and need your help to fundraise the costs to get me there! I know times are hard for everyone but anything will help!

I’m doing early morning reading sessions (before school) with children who would benefit from a little more phonics support. It’s tiring but I’m working hard to reach my goal, little by little.
