Orlando Lost His Home in Fire

Hello, my name is Christine Romero. My father, Orlando Romero who is 78 years old, lost his RV (his home) to a fire on Sunday, February 23rd, at the Road Runner RV park in Pojoaque. He lost EVERYTHING. The investigators believe the fire was caused by an electrical short in the refrigerator. You may know my dad from my siblings and I, his family, or he may have greeted you or carried your bags up to your room at Buffalo Thunder. He could also be a life long friend. However you know him, you know he is kind, gentle and always has a smile on his face. I thank God for my father's safety and those near the fire. I was not going to create a Gofundme, however I received so much support and feedback from so many of my family and friends and at their suggestion, I am posting. Anything at all helps! The Red Cross was generous and gave a gift card to buy some clothes and necessities. We are thankful for them! We are hoping for a down payment on another RV, or possibly a place to rent near BTR. With a humble heart, we ask for any contribution no matter how small. It would mean the world to my father as he starts over from zero. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
