Orion Davis is well known in our small community. He was once the owner operator of the Surf Cafe for a couple years. If you were in Junquillal, their is a very good chance you met Orion and had a burrito and a cappuccino. 
     Recent medical issues pretty much came out of nowhere. He was in the public hospital in Liberia for 9 days. We were able to get his mother Liz Davis here on an emergency flight from California, and she got emergency permission from the Costa Rica consulate to return to the States with Orion as the care and treatment in the public hospital was terrible. Orion has a malignant tumor on his frontal lobe. His mother was forced to pay his hospital bill of $15,000.00 US before they would do the MRI that would determine if he was safe to fly home. Now with high last minute airfares of $5000, and a maxed out credit card at $15,000.00, plus costs of surgery that may run from $36,000 to $50,000 depending on insurance coverage and copay, we ask for your help. In Orion's case, I sadly do not have the means to fix this problem. So whether you are able to donate or at the very least share this post with your friends, please do so.
