Most know Orien "The Tri-Pod Ferrorist" in the ferret community. Many know his struggles and how he became a tripod. Many also know Orien struggles with irritable bowel disease, malabsortion issues. His struggles continue. February 3rd he will be having surgery to remove his spleen. He had an ultrasound done and a mass was discovered. His spleen is so enlarged that it is pushing his intestines to one side making it difficult for him to have bowel movements. He is uncomfortable and not as active. So after a lot of thought we have decided to move forward with this surgery. We know it has its risks. We hope his surgery is successful and we want nothing but the best for everyone's favorite Tri-Pod. Any amount counts. Anything left will go toward his follow ups and future echocardiograms that he will need. As always thank you all for loving Orien and keeping up with everything.
