Hello Everyone, I am starting this fundraiser for one of the most selfless and brave women that I know. When I was diagnosed with liver cancer back in December of 2022 and we found out a liver transplant was the only cure, Ivy messaged me and offered me part of her liver.  Only a truly selfless person is willing to make such a huge sacrifice to save someone else’s life. I was blessed to have others offer as well but when my first donor didn’t work out, I felt led by God to choose Ivy. We have finally both been approved and should be heading for transplant by early August 2023. She will be traveling to stay in New York City for the surgery and will need to stay in the city even after getting out of the hospital for a few weeks for follow up appointments. She will also be out of work for at least a month and will have family members taking off from work to travel with her and help during her recovery. Any amount you can give to help with her expenses would be a great blessing.  - In the midst of darkness, an enduring light shines strong and bright, the light of hope.  Jesus and Ivy are my light & my hope ❤️
