Fiji Chapter House Renovation Campaign

For generations, the Phi Gamma Delta chapter house at Oregon State University has been more than a place to live, it has been a home where leadership, friendship, and brotherhood have grown. Now, it’s time for us to give back and prepare the house for the next generation. The chapter has continued to thrive with 120 undergraduate brothers including 28 new brothers joining this fall, a strong cumulative GPA, and increased graduate involvement and support.

Our renovation priorities include:

-New carpet and flooring throughout the chapter house

-Complete the remainder of the 3rd floor study room remodels (2 rooms)

-Renovate first floor accessibility to become ADA compliant

-Start 2nd floor study room renovations (2 rooms)

We have 2 different platforms in which to donate:

Donations through GoFundMe will go directly to the House Corporation to kick off initial renovation projects

Donations through the Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation are tax deductible and will be utilized for the larger renovation projects. Our goal is to raise $300,000 by June 2027 to renovate and modernize our chapter house. These improvements will make the home safer, more functional, and more welcoming for current and future brothers.
