Help send Jane to art school--order custom artwork

Our daughter Jane has loved art ever since she was little.
She would spend endless hours drawing and painting and she always knew that she wanted to be an artist. Now she's graduating from high school!
Her artwork has developed over the years in ways that we couldn't have imagined, from her early paintings:
and her cool creations (like this cat made from a wax cheese casing, orange seeds, and balled up tin foil):
to her more recent work:
This kid needs to go to art school! She's hoping to do the Fine Arts program at Mount Allison University this fall, which costs $10,015 per year in tuition and $13,650 for room and board as well as $1,432 in student fees, for a total of $25,097 per year, or just over $100,000 for the 4-year BFA degree. She has applied for every scholarship she can, but hasn't heard back yet from most of them. She will of course apply for a student loan, but isn't sure how much she'll receive, and graduating with $100,000 of debt is a daunting prospect.
All contributions of any size are welcome ... every $10 or $20 donation helps ... but Jane is also extending a special offer. If you have a picture that you would like to have turned into a painting (a loved one, a family home, a cherished pet, etc.), for a $250 contribution Jane will turn your photo into a 9x12 acrylic painting on watercolour paper and send it to you in the mail. (These paintings take her many hours to complete and she treats each one with care.) Just follow these steps:
1) Make your contribution here on this page
2) Contact us through this page or Facebook Messenger to send your image file and mailing address
3) Jane will complete commissions on a first-come first-served basis and send them to you by mail (well-protected and marked "do not fold or bend").
Every penny raised from this campaign will go toward Jane's art education. She is such a hard worker and is passionately devoted to developing her artistic skill. We couldn't be more proud of her and we can't wait to see where her creativity takes her.
Thanks for your support!
